By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 1jee will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 1jee Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where 1jee identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, IP address, payment method, name, or other identifying information — 1jee reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated Bonus Funds, and void any winnings derived from such accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1jee makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access your Account.
In the event of any unauthorised access to your Account, or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 1jee immediately by contacting our support team. 1jee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have voluntarily shared access with a third party.
1jee reserves the right to require Players to reset their passwords or undergo additional verification at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of Account compromise or fraudulent activity.
1jee accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform. 1jee reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where 1jee determines that funds have been deposited from a third-party source, such funds may be returned to their origin and the Account suspended pending further investigation.
1jee does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any deposits suspected of constituting money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account suspended immediately.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. 1jee reserves the right to request additional documentation where required.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method. 1jee targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted during business hours, though actual receipt of funds is also subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform at the time of request. Where a Player's requested withdrawal amount exceeds the applicable maximum, the excess will remain in the Account and may be withdrawn via subsequent requests.
1jee reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by or on behalf of the Player; or (d) 1jee is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available through the 1jee Platform are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements, time limits, eligible games, and game contribution rates are stated in the terms of each specific promotion. 1jee recommends that Players review promotion terms carefully before opting in to any offer.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; exploiting software errors or loopholes to obtain promotional credits not legitimately earned; placing low-risk hedged bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine game play; and any other behaviour that, in 1jee's sole determination, constitutes misuse of promotional offers.
Where bonus abuse is detected, 1jee reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from such funds, suspend the relevant Account, and pursue recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account without notice. 1jee is under no obligation to reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.
All games available on the 1jee Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
All game outcomes on the 1jee Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 1jee reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning game round are not payable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 1jee content without the prior written consent of 1jee.

1jee reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 1jee is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order; (c) 1jee reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
Upon termination of your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to 1jee's right to withhold funds where there are reasonable grounds for investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon termination regardless of the circumstances.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. All pending withdrawal requests will be settled prior to Account closure in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jee's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
1jee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 1jee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1jee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability. 1jee will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 1jee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1jee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 1jee will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account. Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by applicable law) may be made without prior notice.
The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute, except where an earlier version is demonstrably more applicable to the facts of the case.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jee holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of any dispute, 1jee encourages Players to first raise the matter with our customer support team, who will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution service designated by 1jee's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where applicable consumer protection laws so require.
